Neal Dongre
Mr. Neal Dongre is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for MSC Industrial Supply Co. and leads the company's Legal and Corporate Governance activities.
Mr. Dongre joined MSC in 2013 as the company's first Technology Counsel, bringing critical experience in intellectual property, data privacy and technology matters. Beginning in 2018, Mr. Dongre began to assume expanded responsibilities in the Legal Department, first as Director, Senior Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary, and later as Vice President, Legal & Assistant Corporate Secretary. In 2022, he was promoted to Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and took on leadership of MSC’s Legal function. Mr. Dongre took on the role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary in 2024.
Prior to joining MSC, Mr. Dongre worked in private practice and later as in-house counsel at a Washington, D.C.-based technology company. Mr. Dongre graduated from Duke University with bachelor's degrees in computer science and economics. He earned his juris doctorate from the University of Maryland's Francis King Carey School of Law.
